At Troll Aus Melb PTY LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account or visit our online portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn garments with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure the items remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postage location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our Melbourne team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
